 4.3 The nature of jewellery is so that we are not able to be sure how customers treat their items, although of course we want to believe the best in all cases. 

 

 4.4 Our pieces are made to the highest standards, but care must be taken when wearing them.

 

 4.5 We don’t recommend that you wear your jewellery when in the bath or shower. Furthermore, we strongly suggest not wearing your Boujee Bae items when swimming, exercising or sleeping. Sweat, chlorine, lotions and chemicals impact Silver.

 

 4.6 Boujee Bae is unable to take responsibility for ANY DELICATE PIECES SUCH AS FOUR LEAF CLOVER RANGES AND MINIMALIST JEWELLERY as they are to be treated with extra care

 

 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

 

4.7 NO REFUNDS , NO EXCHANGES , NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE FROM OUR WEBSITE ONCE DELIVERED OR POP UP EVENTS.

5.)PERMANENT JEWELLERY:

A : Your jewelry can be easily removed at the zapped point without damaging your piece.Your permanent jewellery can last weeks, months, years – as long as you want!

 

Q.3 : Can you fly with permanent jewellery?

 

A : Absolutely! Customs does not ask you to remove jewelry, so you’ll be able to take your permanent jewelry anywhere with you!

 

Q.4 : Is permanent jewellery permissable in islam ?

 

A : Yes They Are!

Permanent bracelets are bracelets which are clasped together in a way which is hard to be removed hence the term permanent.

Wearing a permanent bracelet is not haram in Islam for both men and women because wearing jewellery, whether it is for temporary or permanent reasons is something which Islam has never been forbidden.

 

 

6.) Warranty / Guarantee:

 

You have 7 days to report any manufacturing/zapping default

what makes it PERMENANT is the clasp that joins the piece together hence you will still have to ensure that your jewellery is being treated

with care.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CLASP MAY CHANGE COLOR AS IT IS REQUIRED TO BE MADE ALIL THINNER SO THAT IF THERE IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY IT 

NEEDS TO BE EASY TO REMOVED BY PARAMEDICS OR E.N.T!

 

 

7.) Resizing/Rezapping/Medical Emergencies

 

Please ensure that you are happy with the sizing at before zapping!

 

Resizing and Rezapping later on will be at a fee of R50

 

You one free Zap if your jewellery was removed for a medical emergency with proof!

 

8.) ONCE ZAPPED YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE FOR ANOTHER DESIGN IN PLACE OF THE ONE YOU HAVE CHOSEN AS IT WAS ALREADY CUT AND SIZED

TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS. 

 

 

9.) IF YOU CHOSE A SLIM DESIGN BOUJEE BAE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREAKAGES – WE OFFER THE OPTION AS PER CLIENT REQUESTS BUT 

WE DO NOT ADVISE THAT SLIM DESIGNS BE USED.

 

 

10.) Privacy – Casual Surfing:
