Due to the nature of our jewellery and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Should your item arrive with a manufacturing fault or be incorrect upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once our team has assessed the item, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:
A replacement of the same or equivalent item (subject to availability).
A store credit.
A refund where required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Please note that faults resulting from wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, exposure to chemicals, water damage (where applicable), or general use are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Our gold-plated jewellery is designed to provide the luxurious appearance of solid gold at an accessible price.
As with all plated jewellery worldwide, the plating will naturally soften over time depending on individual wear and environmental factors, including:
Exposure to perfumes, lotions, sunscreen and cosmetics.
Contact with cleaning products or chemicals.
Individual skin pH levels and perspiration.
Frequency of wear.
Storage and exposure to moisture.
The lifespan of gold plating differs from person to person and cannot be guaranteed, as it is influenced by factors beyond our control.

Jewellery Featuring Stones
All stones are securely set during manufacturing and inspected before sale.
However, stones are naturally delicate components and may loosen over time due to everyday wear, impact, accidental knocks or pressure. While uncommon, this is considered normal wear and is not classified as a manufacturing defect. We recommend removing stone jewellery before physical activities to minimise unnecessary stress on the settings.
925 Sterling Silver
Our genuine 925 Sterling Silver collection is designed for everyday wear with proper care.
Please note:
Sterling Silver is water-resistant but not waterproof.
Sterling Silver may naturally oxidise over time. This is a normal characteristic of the metal and can easily be restored with a silver polishing cloth.
Gold-plated Sterling Silver pieces will gradually lose their plating with wear, moisture and friction.
The Sterling Silver beneath the plating remains genuine 925 Silver.
Alloy & 18K Gold-Plated Jewellery
Some collections are crafted using a premium alloy or brass base finished with 18K gold plating.
These pieces are intended as fashion jewellery and should be kept away from water, humidity and chemicals, as prolonged exposure may cause the plating to fade or the base metal to oxidise.
This natural process is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Jewellery Care Guide
Proper care significantly extends the life and appearance of your jewellery.
To preserve your Boujee Bae pieces, we recommend:
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hand sanitiser and household chemicals.
Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping.
Avoid excessive pulling, bending or impact.
Wipe jewellery with a soft cloth after wearing.
Store each piece individually in the Boujee Bae PVC zipper pouch provided to minimise exposure to air, moisture and friction.
With the correct care, your jewellery will continue looking beautiful for much longer.
